1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Speak Easy English Learning does not require account registration. The information generated through your use of the App includes:

Your selected interface language and English learning level (A1–B2).
Practice data: scores, completed phrases, favorite phrases, and streak history.
App preferences such as notification time and daily goal settings.
Voice recordings captured during Echo Mode practice sessions — processed locally on your device in real time and not stored or transmitted.
Feedback and support messages you send us via email.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use Event Gift Tracker, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and language settings needed for app functionality and crash diagnostics.
Usage Data: General information about how you interact with the App (e.g., features you use) to improve stability and user experience.
App Performance & Diagnostics: Error logs and crash reports to help us identify and fix technical issues.

1.3 Purchase and Subscription Information

Speak Easy English Learning offers optional Premium features managed through the Apple App Store and the RevenueCat SDK:

App Store: We receive non-sensitive purchase and subscription status information (e.g., active subscription, product identifier, renewal status) from Apple.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlement checks. RevenueCat may process anonymous identifiers and purchase-related data as described in their privacy policy.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the core features of Speak Easy English Learning (Echo Mode practice, scoring, streak tracking, categories, widgets).
To enable and verify Premium features.
To send personalized daily practice reminders via push notifications.
To maintain and improve the stability, performance, and user experience of the App.
To respond to your support requests.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Speak Easy English Learning stores your learning data locally on your device:

Local Storage: Practice scores, streak data, favorites, level and language preferences, and notification settings are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is not synced to any cloud server.
Premium / Purchases: Subscription status and entitlement data are managed by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including:

Using trusted third-party services (Apple, RevenueCat, Expo) with their own security standards.
Limiting stored data to what is necessary to operate the App.
Processing voice recordings locally in real time — no audio data is ever transmitted to our servers.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with carefully selected third-party providers who help us operate Speak Easy English Learning:

Apple App Store: Billing, subscription management, and refunds.
RevenueCat: Subscription status and entitlement checks.
Expo / EAS: App delivery and push notification infrastructure.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or property of Vibelink Studio Apps, or protect the safety of our users.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Correction

You can view and update your language, level, and notification preferences directly in the App's Settings at any time.

5.2 Data Deletion

You can delete all your local learning data (scores, streak, favorites) from the Settings screen using the "Delete All Data" option. Uninstalling the App will also remove all locally stored data. Since no personal learning data is stored on our servers, no additional deletion request is required. For any questions, contact us at support@rsndijital.com.

5.3 Notifications

You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications will not affect other App features.

5.4 Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your Premium subscription directly from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

6. Children's Privacy

Event Gift Tracker is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at support@rsndijital.com and we will take steps to delete that information.

7. International Data Considerations

Your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own (for example, Google's Firebase servers). By using Event Gift Tracker, you consent to such processing where permitted by applicable law. We rely on trusted third parties who implement their own safeguards for international data transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide Event Gift Tracker and its features, maintain accurate subscription and purchase records, and comply with legal obligations. Data you delete within the App is removed from our servers in accordance with Firebase's data deletion policies.

Speak Easy English Learning does not display third-party advertisements. The third-party services we use (RevenueCat, Apple, Expo) operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies:

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, California, or other regions with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may show an in-app notification. Your continued use of Speak Easy English Learning after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
