• Preferences and settings within the App (such as language, selected content type, and UI preferences)

• Subscription-related information you share with our support team (for example, when troubleshooting purchase issues)

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use Minelux, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, language and region settings, and basic device identifiers needed for crash diagnostics and purchase validation.
• Usage Data: Basic information about how you interact with the App (for example, which sections you open, general feature usage such as browsing addons or opening the texture editor). This is used only to improve stability and UX.
• App Performance & Diagnostics: Error logs, crash information, and performance data to help us identify and fix technical issues.

1.3 Purchase and Subscription Information

Minelux offers optional Premium features managed through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store and the RevenueCat SDK:

• App Stores: We receive non-sensitive purchase and subscription status information (e.g., active subscription, product identifier, renewal status) from Apple or Google through their in-app purchase APIs.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to simplify subscription management and entitlement checks. RevenueCat may process anonymous identifiers and purchase-related data as described in their own privacy policy.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple or Google.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the core features of Minelux (browsing, downloading, and managing Minecraft addons, skins, textures, and maps).
• To enable and verify Premium features (such as access to premium content, higher texture export resolutions, and relaxed daily import limits).
• To maintain and improve the stability, performance, and user experience of the App.
• To respond to your requests for support, including subscription and restore-purchase inquiries.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, misuse, or fraudulent behavior (for example, abuse of import/export limits).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Minelux stores most data locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms (such as AsyncStorage) for:

• Your downloaded content list (for example, which addons or textures you have imported).
• Saved texture editor projects and design data.
• Basic app preferences and onboarding status.
• Locally cached subscription status for faster access.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Limiting stored data to what is necessary to run the App.
• Using trusted third-party services (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) for payments and subscription management.
• Using secure communication channels (HTTPS) where applicable.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in the circumstances below:

4.1 Service Providers

We may share information with carefully selected third-party providers who help us operate Minelux, such as:

• Apple App Store and Google Play Store (billing, subscription management, refunds).
• RevenueCat (subscription status, entitlement checks).
• Crash and performance reporting tools (if enabled in future versions) to diagnose issues.

These service providers are allowed to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request.
• Protect and defend the rights or property of RSN Dijital.
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App.
• Protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your country or region, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. In general, you can:

5.1 Access and Correction

You can view and update most of your preferences directly in the App. If you contact us, we may request additional information to verify your identity before providing details about any data associated with your usage or purchases.

5.2 Deletion and "Delete All Data"

Minelux includes an in-app option called "Delete All Data" that:

• Clears local storage of downloaded items, saved textures, onboarding status, daily import counters, and locally cached Premium status.
• Resets the app to its initial state on your device.

This action does not cancel your subscription with Apple or Google. To cancel your Premium subscription, you must use your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

5.3 Subscriptions and Purchases

You can manage or cancel your Premium subscription directly from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

5.4 Device-Level Controls

• You can restrict certain permissions (such as file access or notifications) through your device settings. Some features of Minelux may not work properly if you disable required permissions.

6. Children's Privacy

Minelux is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at support@rsndijital.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

7. International Data Considerations

Depending on your location, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own. By using Minelux, you consent to such processing where permitted by applicable law. We rely on trusted third parties (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) who implement their own safeguards for international data transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide you with Minelux and its features.
• Maintain accurate subscription and purchase records (via Apple, Google, and RevenueCat).
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Locally stored data on your device (such as downloads and saved textures) is kept until you delete it manually or use the "Delete All Data" option, or until you uninstall the App.

9. Third-Party Services and Minecraft Content

Minelux allows you to download and manage third-party Minecraft content (addons, skins, texture packs, and maps). This content may be hosted on external servers or provided by independent creators. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or creators.

We strongly recommend that you review any third-party terms and privacy policies when you leave the App or download content from external sources.

Minecraft, Mojang, and related trademarks are the property of Mojang AB / Microsoft. Minelux is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

10. Region-Specific Rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, California, or other regions with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights such as:

• The right to request access to the personal data we process about you.
• The right to request correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal limitations.
• The right to object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• The right to data portability in some cases.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Minelux features, or legal requirements.

Your continued use of Minelux after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
