How do I install content into Minecraft?
Use the "Install to Minecraft" or import options in Minelux. Follow the in-app import guide, which explains how to open the file in Minecraft using the Files / file manager apps on your device.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Premium is managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open your device's subscription settings, find Minelux, and manage or cancel your subscription from there. We cannot cancel subscriptions directly from support.
Can you process refunds for Premium?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their own policies. Please request a refund directly from the App Store or Google Play Store where you made the purchase.
I bought Premium but the app still shows me as free. What should I do?
First, make sure you are using the same store account you used to purchase Premium. Then open Minelux and try the "Restore Purchases" option (if available in the Premium/Paywall screen). If the problem continues, contact us with your purchase receipt.
Minelux says I reached my daily import limit. Why?
Free users may have a limit on how many packs can be imported per day. Upgrading to Premium removes or relaxes these limits. If you believe something is wrong with the limit, contact us with details.
My texture exports are locked at 16x16. How can I unlock higher resolutions?
Higher export resolutions and watermark removal are Premium features in Minelux. Upgrade to Premium to export textures at higher resolutions (such as 32x, 64x, or more) without watermarks.
