1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Speak Easy English Learning mobile application ("Speak Easy", "App"), provided by Vibelink Studio Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Speak Easy English Learning, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

You must also comply with the terms and rules of the platform from which you obtained Event Gift Tracker (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

2. Description of the Service

Speak Easy English Learning is a mobile English language practice application. Core features include:

• Selecting your native language from 53 supported interface languages and setting your English level (A1, A2, B1, or B2).
• Practicing English phrases through Echo Mode: listening to a native audio phrase, preparing for 3 seconds, then recording your own voice.
• Receiving instant word-by-word feedback on spoken phrases (correct/incorrect word matching).
• Tracking daily streaks, weekly and monthly activity, and progress across 30 phrase categories.
• Saving favorite phrases and reviewing low-scoring phrases.
• Home screen widgets displaying a daily phrase and current streak.
• Personalized daily practice reminders via push notifications.
• Access to additional categories and practice features through Premium in-app purchases.

3. Eligibility and Use

You may use Event Gift Tracker only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by local law. If you are under the age of majority, you should have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help you manage gifts and events for people you know.

4. User Data and Storage

Speak Easy English Learning stores your learning data (practice scores, streak, favorites, level and language preferences) locally on your device. No account registration is required. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device.
• Understanding that clearing app data or uninstalling the App will permanently delete your local learning progress.
• Ensuring any device you use meets the requirements for running the App.

5. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Speak Easy English Learning offers optional Premium features, including access to all phrase categories and full practice functionality.

• Premium is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.
• All payments are processed by the Apple App Store. Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat.
• By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the terms and policies of the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store subscription settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Except where required by law or by store policies, fees and charges are non-refundable.

6. Push Notifications

Speak Easy English Learning uses push notifications to support your daily practice habit. When you grant notification permissions:

• The App will send a personalized daily reminder at the time you select in Settings.
• Reminder content adapts to your current streak and daily goal progress.
• You can disable notifications at any time from your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications will not affect other App features.

7. User Content

Speak Easy English Learning may record your voice during practice sessions solely to provide instant word-by-word feedback on your spoken phrases ("Voice Input"). Voice recordings are processed locally on your device and are not stored or transmitted to our servers.

• You grant us no rights over your voice recordings beyond real-time local processing for feedback purposes.
• You agree not to attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the voice processing functionality of the App.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse Event Gift Tracker. In particular, you must not:

• Use Speak Easy English Learning for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or damage our systems, servers, or networks.
• Use automated scripts or tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except as permitted by law.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent Premium feature restrictions or subscription checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Speak Easy English Learning (including its design, user interface, code, graphics, audio content, and trademarks) are owned by Vibelink Studio Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App only as permitted by these Terms and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Speak Easy English Learning without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of Speak Easy English Learning is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Speak Easy English Learning, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

SPEAK EASY ENGLISH LEARNING IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• All features (including notifications and cloud sync) will work on every device or in every region.
• Any defects or bugs will be corrected immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBELINK STUDIO APPS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SPEAK EASY ENGLISH LEARNING.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Speak Easy English Learning will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibelink Studio Apps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of Speak Easy English Learning.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another person.

14. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, improve, or change Speak Easy English Learning from time to time, including adding or removing features or adjusting Premium offerings. We may also modify these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide in-app notices. Your continued use of Speak Easy English Learning after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Speak Easy English Learning at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use Speak Easy English Learning will cease immediately.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by the laws of your country, these Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@rsndijital.com to attempt an informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Turkey, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibelink Studio Apps regarding your use of Speak Easy English Learning and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
